Once upon a time....
When I was a young girl, I remember I would think about the guy I would marry and would wonder what he was doing right that second. I heard a lesson in YW once that encouraged us to pray for our husbands-to-be to be strong and righteous and that when the time was right we would be ready for each other. At first I thought that was so cheesy, especially when I would ask people how they knew that their husband was the right one and the answer I always got was..."you just know" I would say some snide remark like, WHATEVER....
But now I am one of those because when the time was right, I knew that Paul was IT for me. When we first met in the mission field, I wrote in my journal..."I met an Elder Skolmoski today, WHAT A JERK!" Obviously that moment in time was not right. Thankfully or I'm not sure we could have finished serving honorably....hehehe, (J/K) But when I came home from the mission field and I was dating both him and the other guy I was "supposed" to marry, I went to the temple with each of them. I didnt feel any bad feelings towards the other guy, and knew that he would be a good husband. But when Paul and I attended a session together, and he winked at me from across the room, that was all it took. I knew that I could live with the other guy and probably be happy, I could not see my life, and my future without Paul in it. I was swept away and I have never looked back or regretted one minute of that decision. I love him for the strength and support he is to me, for the great daddy he is to our girls and for the love he is always so willing to give. He is quick to forgive, he has to do that often, and keeps us on the right track spiritually as a family. I just love him! I always worried that I wouldn't find a good guy, that they all leave anyway, but I trusted Heavenly Father and here we are. I love my babe and my girls!

Where does he work: XO communications as one of their sales engineers. (its IT stuff so I'm not good with the details.
How long did you date: 5 weeks until we got engaged then married 6 months later.
Who cooks: Right now, we both do but he has been doing a lot! I LOVE IT

Who is more stubborn: We are both quite stubborn
Who is the first to admit they are wrong: Paul, even though he is usually the one in the right.
Who proposed: He did.
Who has more friends: We both have a lot of friends.
Who has more siblings: He does. 3 sisters, 2 brothers. It is just me and Becky.
