I spend a lot of time in my yard.
I love to have beautiful flowers. They bring some vibrant, happy color in to my otherwise muted, very conservative life.
A flower blooming in my yard, at times I feel, is like a tiny little burst of love, time, work AND beauty.
A lot of sweat, occasional blood, and lots of time go into my flowers.
Their life flows into my own. Brings a smile to my lips, a splash of beauty to my eyes, and a love for my haven that I call my HOME.
I compare the multi-colored joy of my garden as a beautiful handmade quilt that I can wrap around myself and feel at peace.
There are 4 other resplendent flowers that I feel I put a bit more effort into, cultivating, pruning, weeding, feeding, loving, nurturing, to which I LOVE with my WHOLE HEART and SOUL. These 4 little beauties are the loveliest of all, and bring me more joy and contentment than even my kaleidoscope landscape.
